NYAB Event - Steven MacIver "Linear Landscapes"
Dillon Gallery presents “Steven MacIver: Linear Landscapes,” gallery’s second solo exhibition of Scottish artist Steven MacIver. Following up his first exhibition in 2012 “Spaceman,” which presented cross-discplinary works, this exhibition focuses on MacIver’s investigation in the interplay between line and place through two dimensional works. His research and practice focuses on developing the linguistics of drawing: its role in the mediation of communication between the artist and the viewer, evoking real, remembered and imagined environments.
